YunSDR Y240, as a new-generation universal software-defined radio platform, builds upon the high reliability of the Y230 series based on the AD9361 RF chip. Through hardware architecture upgrades, it achieves performance leaps, specifically designed for radio enthusiasts, engineers, and researchers, balancing ease of use with professional-grade expandability.

Core upgrades focus on system-level performance: The adoption of USB 4.0 interfaces breaks through transmission bottlenecks, supporting real-time transmission of 56MHz bandwidth signals to the host. Compared to the Y230's USB 3.0 (with 20MHz real-time bandwidth in host mode), this significantly expands the range of real-time signal processing, meeting the demands of broadband communication testing and complex spectrum analysis. A new GPS timing and positioning module is added, providing high-precision spatiotemporal benchmarks for distributed detection systems and facilitating multi-node collaborative deployment. Integrated reference clock input and trigger signal input/output offer hardware-level synchronization support for multi-channel system expansion, markedly improving phase consistency and timing accuracy in multi-device collaboration.
