IW-RFSOC-2T8R — RFSoC Mixed-Signal Card, 8x ADC / 2x DAC
Brand: Interwiser
EIC Product Code:
RFSoC-based mixed-signal processing card (ZU47DR) with 8 channels of 14-bit RF-ADC (5 GSPS) and 2 channels of 14-bit RF-DAC (9.85 GSPS), onboard eMMC/QSPI storage and dedicated PA/receiver/interface-board connectors for radar and EW front-end development.
The IW-RFSOC-2T8R mixed-signal processing card is built on the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU47DR, delivering 8 channels of 14-bit ADC at 5.0 GSPS and 2 channels of 14-bit DAC at 9.85 GSPS through high-performance SMA-mounted RF connectors. As with the rest of the RFSoC family, the ZU47DR integrates RF-sampling data converters, configurable logic, and Arm Cortex-A53 (APU) / Cortex-R5 (RPU) processing directly on-chip, eliminating the JESD204B interface and its associated latency. The board is provisioned with 2GB of PS-side DDR4, onboard 512MB QSPI Flash for bootloader storage, and 8GB eMMC for bootloader/data storage, plus 10/100/1000 Ethernet, a JTAG debug interface, and GPIO expansion on both the PS and PL sides. Distinctive to this variant is a set of dedicated connectors for PA (power amplifier), receiver and external interface-board integration - with associated GPIO, analog-signal and UART sections - making it well suited to building out complete transmit/receive RF front-end chains for radar and electronic-warfare systems around the RFSoC digital core.
