6U-VPX-RFSOC-VU13P — Dual FPGA RFSoC + VU13P 6U VPX Signal Processing Card
Brand: Interwiser
EIC Product Code:
Dual-chip 6U VPX signal processing card combining an AMD/Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC (XCZU47DR) with a Virtex UltraScale+ XCVU13P for high-channel-density RF sampling and large-scale data processing. Operates standalone via 12V input or as a 6U VPX plug-in card.
The 6U-VPX-RFSOC-VU13P combines AMD's Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC (XCZU47DR) with the high-density XCVU13P FPGA to deliver a dual-chip signal processing card that works either as a standalone board (12V via J23) or as a 6U VPX plug-in module (powered through the P0 VPX backplane connector). The XCZU47DR provides 8 channels of 14-bit RF-ADC (up to 5 GSPS) and 8 channels of 14-bit RF-DAC (up to 9.85 GSPS), integrating a complete RF signal chain, ARM Cortex-A53 processing subsystem and UltraScale+ programmable logic. The XCVU13P (16nm FinFET+, 1,728K logic cells, 3,780K system logic cells, 94.5 Mbit embedded memory, 76 GTY transceivers up to 32.75 Gb/s) is dedicated to large-scale data processing for radar, communications infrastructure, high-performance computing, AI inference acceleration and network/data-center acceleration. Memory includes 8GB PS-side DDR4, 2GB PL-side DDR4 and two 64-bit DDR4 SODIMM slots on the VU13P side, plus 32GB eMMC and NOR Flash boot storage on both chips. Peripheral interfaces include 2x 100Gbps QSFP, 2x Gigabit Ethernet, SD card, JTAG/UART, FMC and VPX. The two FPGAs interconnect via GTY links up to 16.0 Gb/s and LVDS. Remote/field upgrade is supported via Multiboot, dynamic loading and SelectMAP.
