Virtex UltraScale+

IW_VU47P_QSFPX20 — Virtex UltraScale+ HBM FPGA Card with 20x QSFP

Brand: Interwiser

EIC Product Code:

High-bandwidth data-processing card built around the AMD Virtex UltraScale+ HBM FPGA (XCVU47P), integrating 16GB of on-package HBM2 memory (460 GB/s) with 20x QSFP high-speed optical interfaces for network/security acceleration, database acceleration, AI inference and video/image processing.

Availability: in stock

The IW_VU47P_QSFPX20 is built on AMD's Virtex UltraScale+ HBM FPGA (XCVU47P-2FSVH2892E), which integrates up to 500 Mb of on-chip memory and 16 GB of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM Gen2) in-package via CoWoS technology, achieving 460 GB/s of memory bandwidth without the PCB footprint, power, or latency penalties of external DDR4. In addition to on-chip HBM, the card adds two 64-bit DDR4 memory groups via 90411-151231 connectors, two 2Gbit NOR Flash devices for boot/configuration storage, and a rich interface set: 20x QSFP, 1x J30J-74 connector, 1x Gigabit Ethernet and 8 GPIO in / 8 GPIO out. This combination of massive in-package memory bandwidth and dense high-speed I/O makes the board suited to network and security acceleration, database/analytics acceleration (up to 28 TOPS INT8), adaptive AI/ML inference, and compute-intensive video/image processing (58G PAM4 serial I/O).
